Did you know you can view copies of invoices/credits online?
Login in to the Online Ordering system, Click on Order History
To view Charge Invoices, choose Invoiced Orders in the drop down window and then choose the last number of invoices you would like to see.
To View Credit Invoices, choose Issued Credits in the drop down window and then choose the last number of credits you would like to see.

How can we get a copy of a credit application?
You can click on the "Locations" tab on this website or on the name of location closest to you and be taken to the page with Credit Applications.
