E-Statement FAQ's

• How do I sign up for E-Statements?
  - In the orange horizontal navigation above, just click on the E-Docs then click on Sign up for E-Statements
  - Additionally, at the top of this column there is an Enroll Now button you can click on that will open the Sign up for E-Statements form
• When do E-Statements get emailed to me?
E-Statements go out on the last day of the month, beginning around 7:30pm-9pm
• Why did I not receive an a statement this month via email?
  - Some email providers may send this to your Spam/Junk folder on accident.
Please search your Spam/Junk folder for"Statement" and you should find it on the last day of the month between 7pm-9pm
• Can we have the statement go to more than one email address?
Yes, we can send a copy of your statement to more than 1 email address
• Can we be setup to receive our statement by mail & also receive a copy via email?
Unfortuantely no, our computer system only allows for 1 dekivery method for your monthly statement. We can only set for delivery by USPS or email
• Can we have all of our invoices automatically emailed to us each day?
Sorry, we are only able to email our statements, please sign up for WebDocs to be able to download your invoices and credit memos to print from your PC
• How can I get copies of some invoices?
    - On the top-center of your statement has our companies name and phone number to call
    - Email requests@loweautogroup.com, but make sure to include your account number along with the invoice/credit memo numbers
    - Enroll in WebDocs, this allows you to immediately pull up and print a copy of any invoice, credit or statement without having to wait for it to be sent to you!
